This page explains what data we receive when you use sawadeeproperty.com/the-astra-samui, what we do with it and how to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible for your data

The data we receive

• Through the form: your first name, email, WhatsApp number and the type of apartment you are interested in.
• Through WhatsApp: your number, your profile name and your messages.
• Through our host: your IP address and browser, in the server's technical logs.
• Through the Meta pixel: the pages you visit and, if you sign up, your first name, email and phone number in encrypted form.

What we use it for

• Sending you the brochure, then the prices and the date sales open.
• Answering your questions about the project and assisting you if you decide to buy.
• Keeping the website secure.
• Measuring how well our ads work and showing you relevant ones.

We use your data to contact you at your request and to prepare for a possible purchase. You can object to the Meta pixel as explained below, and ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who can access it

• The Sawadee Property team.
• Hostinger, which hosts the website.
• Meta, which runs WhatsApp, if you message us on WhatsApp, and which receives the pixel data.
• The developer, Northhome Co., Ltd, only if you reserve an apartment, to draw up the agreement.

Your data is never sold or rented.

Cookies

This website uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure how well our ads work and to show you relevant ones. Its cookie expires after 90 days. You can block it in your browser settings, or limit how your data is used in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

Fonts are hosted on the website, so your browser does not contact Google to display them.

How long we keep it

Three years after our last exchange. The server's technical logs are deleted by our host after a few weeks.

Transfers outside Thailand

Hostinger and Meta may process data outside Thailand. These providers are contractually bound to protect it.

Your rights

The Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562) and, if you live in the European Union, the GDPR give you the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• object to its use or ask us to restrict it;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to contact@sawadeeproperty.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Thai data protection authority (PDPC) or the authority in your own country.
